- The course awards you a Massachusetts Basic Firearms Safety certificate that enables you to begin the process of obtaining the Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC) or FID card. Students will shoot a .38 spl revolver and receive a certificate at the end of class.
Students who successfully complete the course will be eligible for a $50 discount for future club membership.

- The Friday class is provided by Urban Firearm Society LLC and is taught by instructors certified by the USCCA, Sig Sauer Academy and more. Learn about Massachusetts gun laws, the loading and unloading procedure of pistols, clearing semi-auto pistol malfunctions and more! Students will get hands-on training and perform various classroom exercises including guided drills to gain confidence in firearm handling. Each class gives students an opportunity to participate in live fire. Students will shoot a semi-auto pistol chambered in 9mm. You will receive a certificate with a "certified live fire" designation at the end of class.
